  • DESIGN PRESSURE: (external) 15 psi (full vacuum).
  • HYDROSTATIC TEST PRESSURE: 40 psi.
  • MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE WORKING PRESSURE: (MAWP) 25 psi (limited by design).
  • OPERATING TEMPERATURE: -20°F TO 200°F.
  • REINFORCEMENT RINGS: ½” Flat bar, external reinforcement rings.

  • HYDRAULIC COMPONENTS: Hydraulic hoses, 80-gallon hydraulic reservoir, hydraulic cooler, suction strainer, fill cap, oil filters, sight glass, 3-spool valve bank for pump, door, & hoist.
  • TANK HOIST: 3-stage, 20-ton capacity, heavy-duty hinges, & grease fittings.
  • HOIST SAFETY PROP: Manual-engaging tank safety prop
  • VACUUM LINES: 3” wire reinforced, continuously grounded, neoprene vacuum/pressure hose.

  • BACK-UP ALARM: Audible type.
  • TOOLBOX: Large aluminum Chandler under-bed toolbox.
  • WORKLIGHTS: (2) Two LED work lights located on the rear of the tank, (1) One LED work light located by the vacuum pump.
  • PAINT: The entire exterior of the tank and body of the vacuum system shall be sandblasted and powder-coated white. The hose trays, bumper, subframe, and hydraulic tank are coated black.
