When you buy a new or used hydro-vac from a dealer or another business you aren’t necessarily getting the best hydro-vac for your needs. When you custom build a hydro-vac truck you’re going to be able to fine-tune the loadout on your truck to make it more efficient at the jobs you do.
For example a 1000 Gal septic truck may only empty one or two septic tanks per trip, whereas a larger truck with a 2500 Gal tank could empty 2 – 5 tanks in one trip. The bigger the tanks, the more you can carry with each trip and the more profitable your hydrovac truck becomes.
Our Hydrovac trucks can be equipped with gas blowers to supply large amounts of steam and hot water which makes working on frozen ground or freezing conditions possible.
Tanks can be manufactured to carry hazardous goods transport ratings as well so you can suck and haul contaminated soils, drilling fluids, waste water and more.
